These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Packaging Yard website and services. By using our site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & orders
All quotes are estimates valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed once artwork is approved and a deposit is received. Specifications, dimensions, and quantities are confirmed in writing before production.
2. Artwork approval
Customers are responsible for approving final dielines, color proofs, and 3D mockups before production begins. Once approved, artwork cannot be changed.
3. Color variation
Slight color variation between digital proofs and printed product is inherent to the printing process. We strive to match Pantone colors within industry tolerance.
4. Turnaround & delivery
Standard turnaround times are estimates based on approved artwork dates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force-majeure events.
5. Quality guarantee
If your packaging arrives defective or does not match your approved proof, we will reprint the affected portion at no charge. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your artwork and brand assets. Packaging Yard retains rights to dieline templates and structural designs we create.
7. Limitation of liability
Packaging Yard is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
8. Governing law
For US-based customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. For UK-based customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
